Thompson
她不清楚这个客户是通过什么关键词找到她的,但邮件末尾那句“Can you help us find a reliable bearing supplier?”
她把三家工厂的资料整理成一个对比表,发给了Anh,并在邮件里标注了几条个人判断:“Supplier A has the best price but the video shows manual packaging, which might affect the product finish. Supplier B has a smaller MOQ but they don't have the specific model you need in stock—lead time 35 days. Supplier C is the most responsive and sent videos of the actual production line, but the price is 12% higher than A. In my view, if your end-user is price-sensitive, go with A and add a quality inspection clause in the contract. If quality is the top priority, go with C.”
但两天后,Anh回了邮件,内容不长:“Thank you for the detailed analysis. I choose Supplier C because my customer needs reliable quality. But I want you to handle the communication with them——inspection, shipment, documentation. I trust you more than I trust them.”
