"Zuo, I visited them yesterday afternoon. They quoted me twelve percent lower than your estimated price. And they said they have stock ready — can ship within two weeks." I like your product, I like how you presented it. But the difference is significant. I want to give you this order, but I need you to match that."

Mark, give me fifteen minutes. Let me show you something."

This is our ISO 9001 certificate. This is the CE marking. This is our SGS inspection report from last month. And here — this is the specific test report for the product you're looking at, done by BV in 2022. All formal, all third-party certified."

Also, this is a summary of all our shipments to Australia in the past two years — ten containers in total, zero quality complaints, one minor packaging issue that we resolved within three days."

Mark, let's compare — not just the price, but the total landed cost. You're in Sydney, right? Their factory is in Gaoming, about sixty kilometers from the port. Our factory is eight kilometers from the container terminal. That's a difference of about forty dollars per container on inland freight."

Their local transport + your forwarder's consolidation fee + their packaging, which I saw yesterday from your photo — they're using wooden crates, which adds volume weight. We use reinforced cardboard with waterproof film — same protection, lower volume."

That's still only about a two percent difference, Zuo. Ten percent is still there."

You're right. The gap is there. But here's what I'm not going to do — I'm not going to drop my price by ten percent overnight, because that would mean I was overcharging you yesterday. You know that, I know that." What I can offer you is a different payment structure. You mentioned your forwarder can consolidate — if we switch the payment terms to 30% deposit, balance against BL copy, instead of full T/T before shipment, that's effectively giving you better cash flow on your end."

You're changing the subject from price to payment terms."

"I'm giving you options,"小左说,"not just a discount without a reason."

Alright. Three containers, your price, 30% deposit, balance against BL copy. But I need the first container ready in fifteen days. Not thirty, not twenty — fifteen."

I'll confirm the production schedule by the end of today. If I can't make fifteen, I'll tell you before you sign anything."

One more thing — if this container goes well, I have three more projects waiting. Not in my head — they're in my calendar."

This is Sydney Tower. The other three projects are similar size. Make this first one perfect — you're already in my list for the rest."

Noted. The first container ships out in fifteen days. I'll send you production photos every three days."
