但到了第三天,客户发来一封邮件——“Before I pay the full amount, can you send me a sample first? I need to see the actual silk-screen quality before mass production.”
Yes, we can prepare a pre-production sample with your logo. The sample fee is USD 200, and we will deduct it from your bulk order payment.”
过了几个小时,Thompson回了一封更短的邮件:“Other suppliers send samples for free. Can you waive the sample fee?”
“Our sample policy:
- Sample fee: USD 200(covers material, printing plate setup, and labor)
- Shipping cost: to be covered by buyer
- Sample fee is fully refundable upon bulk order confirmation(deducted from the total amount)
- We will provide photos and videos of the sample-making process for your approval at each step
If you are not satisfied with the sample, you don't lose the USD 200——it can be applied to any future order with us. It's not a cost, it's a deposit.”
Please proceed.”
